Passenger data was typed once, at registration. Contract, receipt, voucher and the rest are born from it. On a 40-person trip, the batch comes out at once, with a progress bar.
They are 11 types of documents generated from the booking and the passenger record, plus spreadsheet exports. You choose the trip, choose who, choose the type, preview it on screen, and download or send it via WhatsApp.
Your agency's service provision text, filled in with each passenger's booking data.
Individual proof of payment, with the amount and payment method already recorded in the finances.
Combines one passenger's payments into a single receipt, instead of one receipt per installment.
Booking confirmation, with the trip details, for the passenger to carry or present.
Individual boarding document, with passenger and trip data.
Commercial document to send before closing, with the package and the conditions offered.
List of guests per room, built from the allocation made in the hotel record.
The trip's itinerary, day by day, to hand to the passenger.
Configurable list of the trip's passengers, with a language selector.
The boarding list in the format required by the charter inspection authority.
Proof of the referral credit recorded for the passenger who brought a friend.
Beyond the 11, there are also spreadsheet exports, such as the passenger list and the finances, plus CSV and the vCard contact card.
Two types deserve a separate mention: the DAER list, in the official inspection format, and the contract, with your agency's clause text.
Batch generation runs with a progress bar and a cancel button. There are two modes: single, everything in one PDF, which is the default, or separate, one file per passenger. The mode choice is remembered between sessions. WhatsApp sending always uses single mode.

The default look OnWay already uses on documents.
Serif typography with a gold detail.
A cleaner layout, in the contemporary editorial line.
Cream-toned background, with a more premium finish.
The theme applies to four documents: receipt, contract, voucher and itinerary. The other types have no visual theme. The default is stored per document type, so the agency can have a Classic contract and an Editorial receipt at the same time.
There are also seven separate styles for the birthday card, which is something else and not a commercial document.
The agency writes its own clauses and marks the variable points with braces. There are 12 available variables: {nome}, {cpf}, {rg}, {telefone}, {viagem}, {destino}, {data_saida}, {data_retorno}, {valor_total}, {valor_pacote}, {agencia} and {data_hoje}.
The agency's template replaces the general conditions section of the contract. The header with the contracting parties, the booking summary table and the footer with date and signatures are fixed in the generator, and are not part of the editable text.
What exists is generation: contract, voucher, receipt, proposal and boarding ticket come out filled in with the booking data, with the agency's identity and signature when configured.
What doesn't exist, said in no uncertain terms: OnWay does not do the passenger's electronic signature inside the system. The passenger's signature happens outside the system, on paper. There is no ICP-Brasil digital certificate or integration with a third-party signature provider.
The configurable passenger list has a language selector, Portuguese or Spanish, with translated labels, which serves for border crossing. The official DAER list ignores the language on purpose, because its format is the one required by the authority. Contract, receipt, voucher, proposal and ticket come out only in Portuguese today.
11 types of documents: contract, receipt, consolidated receipt, voucher, ticket, proposal, rooming list, itinerary, boarding list, DAER list and referral voucher. Beyond those, spreadsheet, CSV and vCard exports also come out.
