No more filling out contracts one by one in a text editor and chasing paper at boarding. OnWay generates each passenger's individual contract from data already registered in the booking, with the agency's template and signature when configured.
Illustrative example; the names, values and states above are fictional. The agency signature depends on configuration.
Each booking can have a different value, payment method and conditions. An individual contract helps record what was agreed with each passenger.
Without an individual contract, all you have is a screenshot of a conversation and a spreadsheet. It works until something goes wrong: a last-minute cancellation, a doubt about what was included, a charge the passenger says they never agreed to that way. A text reviewed and accepted by the parties helps you check what was agreed.
An excursion contract usually records the passenger's data (name, CPF, contact), the trip data (destination, dates, what is included), the total value and the agreed payment method, and the general conditions: cancellation, seat reassignment, what happens if the trip is postponed. It is the text you already use today, except filled in by hand for each person, work that eats the entire afternoon of whoever organizes the trip.
OnWay does not replace your legal text: it automates the filling in. The clauses remain the ones your agency chooses to use, reviewed by your lawyer. The system fills in data registered in the booking, and the agency checks the document before sending it.
As soon as the passenger enters the booking, with value and payment method defined, the contract can already be generated. No need to open a text editor and type it all again.

On the Documents page, select the trip and the type, choose the template and click Generate All. The default mode gathers passengers in one PDF; you can also download separate files.
From the confirmed booking to the PDF ready to sign.
Contract, voucher, receipt, proposal and boarding ticket come from the same passenger and booking record. That is why filling it in once is enough.
Value, payment method and balance per passenger feed the contract and the receipt automatically. See how on the OnWay features panel.

How to create templates and generate contracts in batch, in the complete documentation.
The individual contract records the conditions agreed with each passenger, such as value, payment and included services. The agency should review the text and decide with its legal counsel how to formalize each sale.
No. OnWay generates the document: contract, voucher, receipt, proposal and boarding ticket come out filled in with the booking data and with the agency's signature when configured. The passenger's signature happens outside the system. And the system is not a legal opinion: we recommend reviewing the clauses of your contract with the agency's lawyer, especially those on cancellation and refund.
Yes. You create your own contract templates on the Documents page, with the text of the clauses you already use today, and choose the visual style. The document comes out with your agency's name, CADASTUR and CNPJ.
On the Documents page, select the trip and the Contract type, choose the template and click Generate All. You can generate a single PDF for the batch or separate files per passenger.
It generates contracts, individual receipts, consolidated receipts, confirmation vouchers, commercial proposals and boarding tickets, all from the same trip and passenger data, with no retyping.
As a PDF, straight from the system. You can send it via WhatsApp right away or leave it available on the passenger portal, where they sign in with CPF and date of birth and download it whenever they want.
Bring your contract template: we will show you how it becomes automatic, generated from the booking and sent via WhatsApp.
