The Fleet module is in development and has not been released yet. This page presents the proposal for vehicle and driver registration, schedule, maintenance, and documents. The images are prototypes, not screens connected to the app.
OnWay was born with a clear vision: whoever owns buses can't have one system to sell seats and another system (or notebooks and spreadsheets) to look after the fleet. The Fleet module proposal brings together vehicle and driver registration, the trip schedule, and the tracking of documents and maintenance. It is not a released feature yet.
The integration between vehicles, seat map, documents, and costs is part of the development plan. It should not be used as a flow available today.
This vision is in development and may change before release.
Double decker, sleeper, executive, and minibus. Complete record with plate, chassis, year, capacity, and the real seat layout.
Assignment of lead and backup drivers per trip, with control of CNH with EAR, toxicology screening, and rest hours under Law 13.103.
Early expiry warnings for vehicle inspection reports, RCTR-C insurance policies, and state and interstate travel authorizations.
Quick inspection of tires, spare tire, lights, restroom, and air conditioning before departure and on arrival at the garage, with photographic record.
Tracking of oil changes, filters, brake pads, and periodic tachograph disc calibration by mileage driven.
For agencies that rent out buses to closed groups: commercial proposal, per-km quote, and vehicle rental contract.
For those who run excursions and also rent out buses, the proposal is to bring vehicle availability, documents, and costs into the same system. This integration is not released yet.
Visual seat map for the trip; automatic integration with the fleet registry is still in development.
Passenger list for the trip; automatic fill-in from fleet data is still in development.
Finances per trip; automatic incorporation of road costs is still in development.
Not yet as a released feature. Integration with trips, seat map, and passenger list is in development.
Registration of vehicle types and layouts is part of the module in development. There is no announced release date.
The proposal includes registration and tracking of driver documents. OnWay does not yet offer automatic legal validation of duty hours or rest.
