How OnWay works: the logic, the cycle, and loyalty
New: break-even simulator per trip
The logic behind the system

How OnWay works

OnWay is not a loose collection of screens. It sees your operation as a living cycle: the person comes in, becomes a trip, becomes a loyal customer, and brings new people. Every feature exists to make that wheel spin faster.

The cycle

Everything revolves around a cycle

From the first conversation to the reunion on the next trip, the operation goes through five stages. OnWay follows each one and connects it all.

1
CaptureReferrals, ads, and content bring new people into the base
2
DemandWho wants to go, and to which destination: interest becomes a pipeline
3
DecisionClosing, contract, and confirmed booking
4
TripOperation, boarding, and the experience that builds loyalty
5
LoyaltyThe customer comes back, and refers their friends
↻ The referral closes the cycle: every satisfied traveler feeds capture for the next trip. It is the wheel turning on its own.
Two operating formats

Bus excursion and custom package

Both start in the same trips area, but they organize different products.

01 Excursion

One departure with defined seats

Create the trip and its capacity, register passengers and bookings, distribute seats, track payments, and prepare documents and lists for the operation.

02 Custom package

Build the proposal in parts

Organize lodging, transportation, and other parts of the itinerary as items, with supplier, cost, quantity, and period. Create variations of the package and publish one of them as a trip to operate.

Today, the agency's public page can show published trips and packages and collect interested people. Online booking with seat selection is being rolled out; once published, it only works when the organization's owner enables booking and seat selection. Online payment is not available.

Every piece in the right place

Where each feature fits in the cycle

No feature stands alone. Each one was designed for a stage, and all of them work with the same information.

1 Capture

Fill your base without relying only on ads

Referrals from your own customers and Teia turn who you already have into who you are going to have next. Content and promotion complete the picture.

2 Demand

Know who wants to go, and where

Each person's interest becomes an organized pipeline: who is hot, who needs a follow-up, who knows someone already going.

3 Decision

From "I want to go" to the generated contract

Closed? Contract, voucher, and receipt come out ready with the data you already registered. The passenger's signature happens outside OnWay. The booking and the seat go into the map.

4 Trip

Every seat and every payment under control

Boarding lists, seats, pending issues to resolve, and the finances per passenger. The customer follows everything in the portal.

5 Loyalty

The end of one trip is the beginning of the next

Birthdays, reactivation of those who went quiet, and the referral program keep the customer close, and turn them into a salesperson.

↻ The wheel spins

And back to capture

The loyal customer refers friends, Teia shows who they know, and the cycle starts over, with new people coming in through the door of trust.

History connected to the operation

The context lives in the profile of each relationship

The profiles help the team continue the service with what has already happened, without rebuilding the story in old conversations.

Customer 360 profile

Trips, payments, and relationship

See the next trip, the total already paid, open amounts, and referrals. The profile also gathers pending items, preferences, contacts, portal messages, and a timeline of payments, documents, and conversations.

The heart of the cycle

The loyalty and referral scheme

The biggest source of customers for a group travel agency is not ads: it is word of mouth from someone who already traveled and loved it. OnWay turns that word of mouth into a system, and rewards those who bring people.

1The customer travels and loves itA well-run experience is what creates the desire to refer.
2They refer friendsTeia shows exactly who they know who has not booked yet.
3The friend enters the pipelineThe referral becomes a lead with the context of who referred them.
4The friend books the tripOne more confirmed passenger, from the cheapest source there is.
5The referrer is rewardedCredit or a free trip, under the rules you define.
↻ And it starts over: with credit in their account, the customer travels again and refers again. The better the trip, the faster the wheel spins.

You set the rules of the game

The referral program is configurable: you decide how much each referral is worth and when it turns into a free trip.

Referral reward

Set the credit amount the customer earns for each friend who books, with a bigger prize for those who bring more people.

Free trip by volume

After a number of referrals, the customer's next trip can become a free trip. Whoever fills a bus travels for free.

Credit with an expiry date

Credit has a deadline. The agency can turn on automatic redemption on the next booking; this option starts turned off.

Margin simulator

Before turning the program on, simulate the impact: how many seats referrals fill and how much margin stays on the table.

The referral engine

Teia: who knows whom

Referrals only work if you know who each customer knows. Teia draws that network from years of trips taken together.

For every trip you want to fill, Teia shows who has already confirmed and which contacts of each confirmed person are not in the group yet, with the outreach line ready: "your friend is already going, come along?".
