Agency website powered by the system
New: break-even simulator per trip
Public storefront connected to OnWay

Your agency's links and offers organized in one place

In My Agency, you check the public address, customize the subdomain, open the offer links, and adjust the storefront's basic presentation. Trips and packages are published in each offer's management screen.

What the passenger finds in the storefront

The agency's public storefront brings together the offers the team published in OnWay. A trip can have a public page with its information and ways to express interest. A custom package can have its own public signup page, when interest collection is enabled.

The owner tracks the addresses and the status of the offers in My Agency → Public channels. Offer data is managed in the trip or package screen. This area is not a free-form website builder.

Management in one place

Find the address and check the offers without hunting for links

The owner's panel brings together the agency's public channels and takes each offer to the screen where it is managed.

Storefront address

Open and copy the agency's public link to send to passengers or share on your operation's channels.

Trips and packages

See which offers appear in the storefront and open the corresponding screen to manage their publication.

Presentation and contact

Adjust the title, subtitle, WhatsApp number, and social media links without editing the site's code.

Offers connected to operations

What the storefront shows when you publish

Published trips

The trip appears at its own public address when the team turns on its publication and keeps the offer available.

Custom packages

A package can have a public signup page. The team controls the publication and whether interest collection is active.

One link per offer

The panel shows the public link of the trip or package when it is available, so the agency can share the offer.

Google reviews

The owner can check a private preview before choosing to display them. The reviews stay hidden until the agency turns them on.

Agency links and presentation in one place

In My Agency → Public channels, anyone with management permission can check the addresses, publish offers, and adjust the storefront's basic presentation.

Your address and your links

Check the agency storefront, see if another address is available before customizing the subdomain, and open the links of the trips and packages that are already published.

Presentation and contact

Edit the title, subtitle, WhatsApp number, and social media links. The panel shows the registered offers and takes you to the trip or package screen to manage the publication.

Google reviews

Link the agency's profile, check a private preview of the reviews, and choose whether to display them in the storefront. Display starts off; you turn it on once you have verified the correct profile.

Planned evolution

What is not yet available in the panel

These possibilities are not part of the controls the agency can use today and have no announced date.

Banners and images

Upload cover images from the panel and organize them in the storefront.

Pages and sections

Build pages and choose the order of the mini-site's sections.

Blog and translations

Write and publish articles, and manage versions in other languages.

What the site gives back

Interested people do not stay stuck in WhatsApp

The site has a contact form and, for sold-out trips, a waiting list with the trip already identified. Both have a bot trap: a hidden field that only an automatic form filler fills in, which causes the submission to be silently discarded. What arrives lands in a Site tab inside the CRM and goes to the pipeline with one click. Matching with an existing customer is done by phone number, never by name, so two people with the same name are not merged into a single record.

The newsletter is separate, with its own subscriber list.

Stated in no uncertain terms

What the site does not do

So you can decide based on what exists, not on what would sound better.

It does not sell on its own

There is no cart, checkout, or payment on the site. Every conversion path ends in a WhatsApp conversation, which is where excursion sales actually close today.

Custom domain

The panel lets you customize the agency's subdomain on onwayos.com. Pointing a domain you already bought still requires setup done by the OnWay team.

No free-form page builder

The owner's area does not offer an editor to build pages and sections of the mini-site. Basic presentation and public links are managed in Public channels.

References in operation

Websites of the Guatambu family

These addresses show websites currently operated by the family. They do not represent a blog editor or a page builder available in the OnWay owner's panel.

Guatambu Travel

Curation of group trips departing from Porto Alegre. Catalog of departures, memories of past trips, and a blog.

Mundo a Passeio

A tour operator from the same family, with its own website and address, powered by the same system.

And each one's Instagram

The agencies' profiles are in the footer of their websites, and are also included in the structured data that Google reads as the brand's official profiles.

The site is the storefront, not the whole system
