Not every agency needs a system right away. While you don't want one, can't have one, or don't yet have the structure for it, we wrote ready-to-use spreadsheets to organize passengers, rooms and boarding lists, at no cost. We're here to help.
If your agency organizes one or two departures a year, a well-built spreadsheet handles passengers, rooms, payments and cash reconciliation. It's not a temporary fix: it's the right tool for the size of your operation today.
We wrote these spreadsheets precisely for that: for people organizing an excursion who want something ready to use, without learning formulas from scratch or paying for a system the operation doesn't call for yet.
They're free. No expiring trial, no credit card, no fine print. When you download them, we ask for your name and your WhatsApp, and nothing else.
Three separate spreadsheets, each for a specific point of organizing an excursion.
Assigns each passenger to a room, with a panel showing how many rooms the trip needs against how many have already been created.
The columns of the official charter list, with CPF verification and a counter of what's still left to fill in.
Daily rates, nights, value per room and cost per passenger, calculated together.
The three together form the excursion spreadsheet kit, to download in one go.
It's not about growing. It's about three things happening at the same time: more than one person working on the operation, more than one live trip at once, and money coming in on different dates.
Two versions of the same list, and a seat sold twice because each person looked at their own copy.
One spreadsheet per trip works up to the third tab. Past that, nobody knows the total receivable for the whole agency.
An installment agreed over WhatsApp, jotted down in a notebook, and the balance discovered on the eve of boarding.
Contract, receipt and voucher redone passenger by passenger, and a typo that only shows up on the signed paper.
The person has traveled with you three times, and nobody on the team knows it when they call again.
Without that, deciding where to put ad budget is a shot in the dark.
Only what already really exists in OnWay, with no promise of new features.
The spreadsheets stay free and keep working even if you never become an OnWay customer.
If your operation still fits in them, use them and be done. There's no catch waiting down the road.
We'd rather you come when it makes sense for your operation, not before.
The price depends on the size of the operation: the number of trips, passengers and team members using the system. We can't pin down a number here. Talk to us on WhatsApp and we'll explain based on your operation.
There is no fixed number. The sign isn't how many trips you run per year; it's more than one person working on the operation at the same time, more than one live trip at once, and money coming in on different dates with nobody keeping a close eye on it.
Yes. The rooming list spreadsheet, the DAER list and the room and hotel control are free, with no expiring trial and no credit card required. To unlock the file we ask for your name and WhatsApp, and email is optional.
That depends on each agency's operation. The best way to find out is to tell us, on WhatsApp, where the spreadsheet is starting to feel tight.
The spreadsheets you download are your files, to keep and edit as you wish: we don't see what you type in them. About you, we store only what you filled in to download, which is name, WhatsApp and which material was downloaded, as described in the Privacy Policy. If one day you decide to use OnWay, each passenger's data lives in a single record, visible to the whole team, with no need to retype it for every trip.
We'll talk with no pressure: if it doesn't make sense yet, we'll tell you. If it does, we'll show you how it works.
