Download the file nowThe DAER list is the passenger document required for charter and group tourism in Rio Grande do Sul, listing each passenger's name, document, CPF, occupation, phone, seat, and signature. Building this list by hand means typing everything again for every trip, and checking every CPF and every phone number by hand before printing.
The template on this page comes with a verification sheet that runs on its own: it confirms the CPF check digit, flags duplicate CPFs on the same list, confirms the phone has a complete area code and number, and summarizes what's still missing on each row.
The panel at the top of the list counts how many rows still have pending items, so you can tell at a glance whether the list is ready to print or someone still needs review before boarding.
Besides the working sheet, the file includes a Read me sheet explaining how to fill it in and what each verification column does.
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| N, Full Name, Document, CPF, Occupation, Phone, Seat | The data the DAER requires, one passenger per row, starting at row 3 (row 1 is the pending-items panel, row 2 is the header) |
| Signature | Left blank on purpose, to be signed by hand on trip day, or printed and signed on paper |
| CPF valid? | Runs the check-digit calculation and tells you the reason for the error: incomplete number, only repeated digits, or a check digit that doesn't match |
| Duplicate CPF? | Flags the same person entered twice on the list |
| Phone valid? | Requires area code plus number in the entered phone |
| What's missing? | Summarizes, per row, what's still missing among Name, Document, CPF, and Phone; the panel at the top counts how many rows have pending items |
The CPF, Document, Phone, and Seat columns come formatted as text. Don't change the cell format: if you switch it to number, Excel strips the CPF's leading zero and the verification starts flagging a CPF that is actually correct.
It's not a lack of organization; the format just reaches its limit.
Even if most passengers have traveled with you before, their data gets typed in again for every excursion.
Excel or Sheets doesn't warn who changed what. Whoever saves last erases the changes of whoever saved first, with no warning at all.
The spreadsheet flags wrong CPFs and phone numbers, but doesn't know whether that passenger is actually assigned to the right seat on the right bus that day.
When the same passenger travels on this excursion and the next, there is no single place that brings both of their trips together.
The spreadsheet is free and genuinely useful if you're getting started and can't hire a system yet. The platform comes in when it stops being enough, not before.
Bus, driver, guide, and each passenger with document and seat, in the format the inspector and the driver expect to see.

Conceptual prototype of the passenger list; names, documents, and seats are fictional. Not an official document.
A List sheet with the columns the DAER requires (full name, document, CPF, occupation, phone, seat, and signature) plus a verification block that confirms the CPF, flags duplicate CPFs, and confirms the phone before printing.
It runs the same check-digit calculation the Receita Federal uses and tells you the reason when something is wrong: an incomplete number, only repeated digits, or a check digit that doesn't match.
Yes, that's the "Duplicate CPF?" column. It's the most expensive error on an excursion list, because it usually becomes a seat sold twice for the same document.
Because if the cell format is switched to number, Excel strips the CPF's leading zero and the verification starts flagging a CPF that is actually correct. The template ships with those columns locked as text.
A row that counts how many of the filled rows still need completing, looking at each passenger's name, document, CPF, and phone, without having to scroll through the entire spreadsheet checking one by one.
No. They are marked "CHECK (do not print)" and serve only to review before printing; they should be hidden or cut when handing in the official list.
